CalBus building and maintenance was established based on a rising demand of residence to have well maintained buildings and investors having limited time to manage private individual contractors, who sometimes don’t do quality service as promised. In order to make tenant happy by effectively and speedily attending to their maintenance report, while saving investors time and reliving them of the stress of following up and inspecting the job to its completion, Internal business of property maintenance and renovation was established to be able to help our clients meet their needs and achieve their goals with little or no stress on their part because our role is to take the stress off them and deliver to them what they want.

We have been able to build a robust list of landlords and property owners in the whole of South Africa and we look forward to helping a larger percentage to manage their properties in any part of the South Africa better. Maintenance is realized to be a huge breaking point of a successful rental or sale, to keep tenant or buyer happy.

CalBus building and maintenance will ensure that every property that is kept within our care are properly managed in terms of maintenance and renovation because we are in business to deliver excellent services to both landlords and tenants. We have been able to acquire relevant team with experience and certifications in the field of property maintenance and renovation (management) so as to enable us perform excellently.

Much more than renting our properties out to tenants, we intend to build a loyal customer base and part of the plans that we have put in place to achieve this is to create a platform easier for our tenants to log a repair and maintenance fault.

Our intention of starting a property maintenance and renovation business is to speed the process between reported maintenance issues, and hiring different service providers to delivering services promised internally. We will do all that is permitted by the South African law to achieve our aim and ambition, which is putting our client first.

Our company’s structure is not entirely different from what is obtainable in the real estate industry, as a matter of priority, we have decided to create a structure that will allow for easy growth for all our employees and also, we have created platforms that will enable us attract some of the best hands in the industry.
