In order to make tenant happy by effectively and speedily attending to their maintenance report, while saving investors time and reliving them of the stress of following up and inspecting the job to its completion, Internal business of property maintenance and renovation was established to be able to help our clients meet their needs and achieve their goals with little or no stress on their part because our role is to take the stress off them and deliver to them what they want.
We have been able to build a robust list of landlords and property owners in the whole of South Africa and we look forward to helping a larger percentage to manage their properties in any part of the South Africa better. Maintenance is realized to be a huge breaking point of a successful rental or sale, to keep tenant or buyer happy.
